Sixty-two (62) units of sash windows were repaired and redecorated via rope access methods.

- All the loose and flaking paint from the windows was scraped, and the old sections of the silicon were removed.
- Where applicable, the frames were sanded down, repaired, and filled with duo component filler.
- The old putty had been removed, and a new one was applied.
- Two coats of Dulux Weathershield undercoat were applied, and new silicon was added.
- The technicians applied two finishing coats of Dulux Weathershield hi-gloss.
- All the windows were cleaned after finishing the restoration work.
- All the rubbish was removed and safely disposed of.
