External wooden windows refurbishment of The Tree House, London

- Before starting the project, the skylights, the roof, the gutter, all the windows, and the facade were cleaned via rope access.
- All wooden sections of the windows were sanded. The old silicon was removed, and protective tape on the windows and around the wooden frames on the glass panels was applied.
- The wooden sections of the windows were filled and repaired where applicable.
- A sealant was applied around the wooden window frames to seal the gaps between the window frames.
- Two coats of UV protection oil were applied to all wooden windows and doors.
- The skylights, the roof, the gutters, all the windows, and the facade were cleaned via rope access, reach and wash, and traditional methods on completion.
- A hardwood door threshold was supplied and installed, and two coats of UV protection oil were applied.
- All the rubbish was removed and safely disposed of.
